TAC Mopani Facilitates Workshop for Nurses and Student Nurses in Kgapane

The TAC Mopani’s Prevention Treatment Literacy Team has conducted one day training for the nursing students at the Kgapane Hospital on the 6 May 2009. The training was conducted by Tebogo Makhalemela and Wisani Maluleke who are the Prevention Treatment Literacy Practitioners deployed for Mopani district. They were also assisted by the programme Co-ordinator in the district, Lester Baloyi.
The training will continue every month as a supporting HIV and AIDS modules for the nursing students who are going to finish their course in March 2010.
Kgapane Hospital is located under the Graeter Letaba local municipality, the area has about 20 clinics and one health centre.
The co-ordinator of the training share her excitement and said "This training will assist you when dealing with patients"
